Audi announces pricing for the 2012 R8 GT Spyder limited edition. The all-wheel-drive, Lamborghini-V10-sporting convertible will sticker for $211,200 with destination. Only 333 examples will be built, with just 50 coming to the United States. Audi built the same number of hardtop GTs, with 90 coming stateside.

The new 2011 Audi R8 GT Spyder follows the identical recipe featuring a extra powerful V10 engine and a lighter body.The open-air model rides on a tweaked suspension with aluminium double wishbones, and comes with new set of 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 235/35 tires up front and 295/30 tires on the rear.

Power comes from a 5.2-liter V10 engine which produces 560 PS (412 kW / 552 hp) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the model - which weighs 187 lbs (85 kg) less than the standard R8 V10 Spyder - to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds and hit a top speed of 197 mph (317 mph).

The black interior can be decked out with stitching in the buyer’s choice of Titanium Gray or Crimson Red. Alcantara is used for seat inserts, the flat-bottom sport steering wheel, hand brake cover and to frame the windshield.

Audi Announces Pricing for the Limited-Edition 2012 Model Year R8 GT Spyder

The recently introduced Audi R8 GT Spyder is a hand-built, limited production vehicle with just 333 units produced world-wide and 50 units coming to the U.S. Similar to the R8 GT Coupe unveiled last year, each car will be uniquely distinguished with an individual vehicle number displayed on the gear shift.

The 2012 Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price for the limited-edition R8 GT Spyder is as follows:

Even lighter, more powerful and captivating, the Audi R8 GT Spyder delivers breathtaking performance. The open-top flagship version of the high-performance sports Coupe features a 5.2-liter V10 with direct injection and has been boosted to an output of 560 horsepower. With the reduced weight and increased engine performance, the R8 GT Spyder accelerates from zero to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds and reaches a top speed of
197 mph.

Using the principles of Audi ultra lightweight technology, the R8 GT Spyder has trimmed a full 187.39 lbs from an already low weight, increasing fuel economy, performance, strength and rigidity. The engine frame is constructed of ultra-light magnesium, and the long cover over the soft-top compartment and the large side panels at the rear are made of carbon fiber-reinforced polymer. A fixed rear spoiler also made of carbon fiber composite provides the necessary downforce on the rear axle. The Audi R8 GT Spyder is capable of extreme lateral acceleration and engineered to deliver exceptional responsiveness through its sport suspension has a stiffer calibration and lowers the the R8 GT Spyder by ten millimeters versus the R8 V10 Spyder.Legendary quattro all-wheel drive system provides exceptional grip on 19 inch wheels and xyz ventilated and cross-drilled rotors provide exceptional stopping power.

Visual styling cues include a performance enhancing enlarged diffuser, front splitter and a fixed rear spoiler.

1. Open up the trunk of the BMW 735Il. On the right hand side you will find the luggage compartment under the carpeting. The luggage compartment is where the battery is kept.
2. Use both the open-end wrench and the crescent wrench to detach the positive and negative cables from the top of the old battery. Begin with the negative cable first. Once the cables are disconnected, carefully lift them out of the way.
3. Use the socket wrench to unfasten the bolts that hold the battery in place. Carefully remove the clips on the side of the battery.
4. Use the handle strap provided to carefully lift the battery off the battery terminal. If a handle strap is not present, use a sheet or a towel to lift the battery out to prevent injuring your hand.
5. Place the new battery in exactly the same position as the old battery. Reattach the clips and fix the bolts back in place using the socket wrench.
6. Fix the red wire to the positive connection and the black cable to the negative when reattaching the battery wires. An incorrect connection will stop the battery from working.
7. Put the luggage compartment cover securely back in place and place the carpet over the top. Test your new battery to ensure that it is connected and working correctly.

1. Place your two stereo removal tools into their slots on the face of the stereo system. These will be on adjacent sides of the face.
2. Press them into the slots until you hear them click into place.
3. Press the tools inward toward each other and pull the stereo face out of its bay.
4. Unplug the power cord and two speaker cords from the back of the stereo.
5. Plug these into the corresponding ports in the back of your new CD changer system.
6. Slide the CD changer system into the stereo bay.
7. Press the CD changer until it clicks into place.

1. Open your BMW 325xis trunk.
2. Turn the knob holding the panel over the battery on the right side of the trunk. Remove the panel.
3. Loosen and remove the clamp holding the black cable to the batterys negative post. Loosen and remove the clamp holding the red cable to the batterys positive post.
4. Twist off the knob holding the center bracket over the battery. Pull up the bracket and remove the old battery. Put the new battery in place and tighten the bracket over it.
5. Tighten the clamp on the red cable over the positive post on the 12 volt battery. Tighten the clamp on the black cable over the negative post on the 12 volt battery.
6. Screw the panel back on over the battery. Close the trunk.

This time we tried the Abarth which undoubtedly is the most fun model between variations of the Fiat 500, as well as offering its unique silhouette of European compact, has a sporting soul thirsts for speed and excitement on the road.

Its hard to go unnoticed in the street with the Fiat 500 Abarth. Despite its tiny body, stolen glances wherever you go with white and red accents that accentuate its character.
The Fiat 500 Abarth has an aggressive attitude, it seems that the scorpion out of your logo wants to bite down the street and this makes handling very entertaining. With its five-speed manual transmission coupled to a turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder produces very pleasant sensations, is very light and its acceleration is consistent enough to respond at times to be tested without showing signs significant fatigue. The boot leaves a feeling of solidity and bringing depth responds well in corners with surprising grip.

The position of the shifter is somewhat uncomfortable for some because it is located just above the conventional; it feels a little weird at the time of executing the changes looking better acceleration pulse but takes getting used to and nothing else. Obviously the interior is small, four people can fit a little tight, and this is most evident by the reduced legroom and headroom.
